I ordered the wrong product, and almost immediately emailed customer service and then the sales email given. I was never contacted back. I wanted to stop the shipment and order the right product (website was just a bit unclear with product description). The customer service agent (when I called) was very unhelpful and seemed like I was bothering them by calling. I was told I could refuse the delivery once it got to me and send up back for no restocking fee but UPS just left it at my house? No signature required? - would have been nice to know. Overall the actual product is really nice and good quality.
