Warranty Terms

This warranty is given by Rhino-Rack Australia Pty Limited ('Rhino-Rack') of 3 Pike Street, Rydalmere NSW 2116.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits given to you by Rhino-Rack under this warranty are in addition to your other rights and remedies under a law in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates.

Subject to the conditions of this warranty, Rhino-Rack warrants the following products manufactured by Rhino-Rack will be free from any manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship for the following periods from the date of purchase (each a "Warranty Period"):

Bike Rack Issue With Class 1 Hitch

Why won't my Curt bike rack will not fit inside my Draw-Tite class 1 trailer hitch?

All Draw-Tite class 1 trailer hitches have an indent inside the hitch to prevent certain products with higher load capacity or higher rated Class II ballmounts from being used. Because of this stop inside the hitch, the rack will not fully slide in and the pin will not be able to lock into position. A class 1 trailer hitch can usually carry 3 regular bikes or 2 downhill bikes. You should purchase a class 2 or class 3 trailer hitch if you plan to carry more.

Primus VS Prodigy Unit

The primus and prodigy units, is there any benefit with a small trailer with a consistent loaded weight?

 

This would be dependant on the travel route the tower would be taking.  If the tower will be towing a small consistent load over relatively flat terrain, than an 83501 (Time type) controller would be more than sufficient.  However, should they be traveling on varying degrees of incline and tow often, they would be better off with an inertia activated style (

BEND IN 87574 TRAILER HITCH

#87574 TRAILER HITCH HAS A BEND IN IT, IS THIS COMMON?
