Purchased the Heavy Duty 2500 Silver 2 Bar Roof Rack set complete. Quick delivery and Installation was easy for a single person (less than 60min). I've already used it to pick up a canoe and return drive the 250km. Load was snug and secured. I highly recommend the Rhino Rack HD system. I was missing the end caps and emailed Hitchweb Customer Service (Lenna). She contacted the warehouse and within days they had replacement end caps delivered. I will absolutely order similar items from Hitchweb in the future if needed as their warehouse and customer service provide outstanding service.
