Good customer service when asking for shipping timeline. Was told 5-10 business days. Had in in less than 4 to a Northern Alberta community. Great product. We do not know what fit it needs to have the kit. I just wanted to install bars on my Jeep and I had to validate on other sites to see every pieces that I need to buy. I even wrote to support which told me "it should be ok"... I don't need an "it should" but "you need this". Otherwise, everything is good

Very responsive to questions asked and fast order turnaround. I used their chat service for questions regarding clearances and dimensions for a roof rack. To ensure accuracy they went out and took measurements off of their own vehicle. That was very reassuring! I placed my order during the Black Friday rush and received quick delivery even though I had large items. As a comparison, same day orders that placed with a big box store (small packages) arrived days later.
