The entire process from start to finish was almost flawless however my only comment, and this is really directed to RhinoRack, is that their instructions could have been a bit better. The instructions weren't terrible but I found it easier to simply resort to Youtube to help install the product (which in all fairness is becoming a reflex).

Hitchweb and Purolator delivered! A couple items to note: - It is VERY VERY important to CLEAN THE THREADS of the mounting holes before installing bolts to mount a trailer hitch receiver! - Though an incorrect part was shipped initially, Hitchweb corrected the issue promptly by sending correct parts. I easily returned the incorrectly sent parts using Purolator drop-off at Staples. - On RhinoRack aero cross bars the Vortex Aerostrips are hidden inside the aluminum cross bar extrusions. Be sure to shake them all out before thinking they didn't get shipped! - Sharlene in customer service answered all my questions promptly and with detail! - Curt Receiver, RhinoRack and Curt 4-Way Plug kit all came with correct hardware that fit. Keep up the good work Hitchweb!
