My order arrived in five separate pieces that arrived on 3 separate days. Some needing signatures and others not. I had to chase one package to a Puralator centre. It would have been nice to receive one package with all the items that where in my order.

Good job, fast shipping

The bike rack is a little bit small for my xl mountain bike. The back wheel doesn't not fit interely on the rack but it is solid enough to work.

Product is great, service is great, delivery was fast. My only negative was that the 3 parts boxes for my roof rack were shipped using two different couriers and I had to wait and fight with Purilator for a few extra days to get my last box delivered, they kept coming to my door and not knocking or ringing my doorbell while I was in the next room.
