I ordered a roof rack, and it required 3 seperate shipping orders, 1 from Calgary, and 2 from the same warehouse in Quebec. Other than the confusion of trying to track down packages that I did not receive tracking info for, it all came within 7 business days. And the customer service was very helpful and diligent in helping me figure out where and when my packages were shipping out.
