I got the item I ordered, but realized I selected the the universal fit Rhino Kayak Side Loader not the one specifically for the Rhino Aero bars. (My mistake but...) The one I got would work but I would have preferred the one specific for the Aero bars, since those are the bar I purchased, but the high restocking fee was not worth exchanging it. The model I want was slightly cheaper at hitchweb than amazon, but at least I know I would be able to return without restocking fee if I ordered from Amazon and want to return for whatever reason. Decided to order the one I wanted from Amazon and will try and sell the universal one. Little disappointed that even exchanges are subject to restocking. I could understand returns having restocking, but no exchanges.

We do not know what fit it needs to have the kit. I just wanted to install bars on my Jeep and I had to validate on other sites to see every pieces that I need to buy. I even wrote to support which told me "it should be ok"... I don't need an "it should" but "you need this". Otherwise, everything is good

There was some confusion over the basket that was ordered. I was originally told that the basket came with attachment hardware. When the basket arrived, no u-bolts were included. I had to place an additional order for the u-bolts. However, I am pleased with the quality of the rhino products that all arrived in a timely manner and in good order.

prices are good howerer there were no instructions with any of the parts. Had to find some on the internet. Some parts, I have no idea what to do with them. They don't appear anywhere in the found instructions.

very fast shipping. i ordered roof racks and the parts arrived faster than the email i got with the tracking #. 1 of the boxes had missing parts and hitchweb sent me the parts very quickly with no problem. i have shopped here in the past and will shop here again.

Purchasing the roof racks was easy. Shipping was expedient. Instructions on assembly OK not great but the product "whistles" in the wind as one drives down the road. A little too much and a remedy may be possible. I would have appreciated knowing a whistle might arise from installation. You may wish to consider this before purchasing.
